Ordering instructions-Please read carefully & make sure you double check your order:

1. Select print option with or without frame and with or without 16x20 mat.
2. Type the name you would like on jersey (up to 12 characters including spaces). You CANNOT add your own number on the action collage prints it will be the number that is in the photo above.
3. Enter name that you want on the Name Plate on Bottom of print.
