Ordering instructions-Please read carefully & make sure you double check your order:

1. Select print option with or without frame and with or without 16x20 mat.
2. Type the name you would like on jersey (up to 12 characters including spaces).
3. Type in jersey number from 0-99 NOTE: You CANNOT use a number of an active player. If the box if left blank we will use the number that is in the photo shown above.
4. As an added bonus you can pick the other 3 players in the print. You must use players that are currently on the team. This is just an added option that we offer to you at no additional charge (most retailers charge extra for this). If you choose not to do this we will just use the players that are already listed in the picture.
